WWE Raw: Seth Rollins, Roxanne Perez Qualify for Elimination Chambers
Seth Rollins defeated Finn Balor last night on Monday Night Raw to qualify for the Elimination Chamber match on March 1 in Toronto.
Balor and Rollins were the first two wrestlers to hold the WWE Universal championship. Rollins won with a Curb Stomp.
Rollins joins Logan Paul, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, John Cena, and Damien Priest in the Chamber.
The winner will face Cody Rhodes for the WWE title at WrestleMania 41.
THE PRODIGY IS IN
Roxanne Perez became the final qualifier for the women’s Elimination Chamber. She beat Raquel Rodriguez with the “Pop Rox” sunset flip.
Perez will take on archrival Bayley, Naomi, Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, and Bianca Belair in the Chamber.
Rhea Ripley will defend the World women’s title against the Chamber winner, unless she loses it to Iyo Sky on March 2 episode of Raw.
WELCOME BACK
AJ Styles made a triumphant return to competition on Monday Night Raw. William Byron, who won his second straight Daytona 500 on Sunday, drove Styles to the building.
AJ defeated Dominik with the Styles Clash. Intercontinental champion Bron Breakker launched a post-match attack, but he speared Dirty Dom instead.
LET THEM FIGHT
Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens can’t stop fighting, so Raw General Manager Adam Pearce set them up in a non-sanctioned match at Elimination Chamber.
Penta remained undefeated with a win over Pete Dunne. Ludwig Kaiser tried and failed to help Dunne, and they brawled after the match.
Dakota Kai defeated Ivy Nile to earn a shot at women’s IC champ Lyra Valkyria next week on Raw.
Also next week, Bianca Belair & Naomi will defend the WWE women’s tag team belts against Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez.
