Scottie Scheffler. As of writing this, the former Texas Longhorn is currently ranked as the #1 golfer in the entire world. The two-time Master’s champion is at the top of his game right now, coming into the 2025 season looking to continue the success that he had the year prior.

He’s as ELITE as they come, and according to multiple reports……it looks like his greatness is extending into his Masters’ Champions dinner menu. What do I mean by that, you may ask? Well…

If you don’t think this is a work of art, then you need to get some culture in your life. What Scottie Scheffler has compiled here is, WITHOUT QUESTION, one of the greatest collections of dishes in the history of forever. It is one of those meals that you would expect at a Super Bowl party thrown by God. It is a Texan’s dream……and I’m not even from Texas.

Just look at what “The Scheff” has in store for his green-jacket clad companions. Appetizer wise, the Firecracker Shrimp with the sweet Thai chili and sriracha mayo is certainly calling my name. It is one of those perfect mixtures of spice and seafood, that really separates itself from the rest of the “heartier” options.

Then, there’s the Texas-Style Chili with cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and corn chips. That, my friends, is the ONLY WAY to make any kind of chili. You need the spice of the jalapeños and the crunch of the chips to really give the dish a different flavor profile. It just has to happen. A simple meat and cheese chili would just be too boring for the occasion.

After that, there’s a choice of a Wood-Fired Cowboy Ribeye or a Blackened Redfish. Obviously, you have to go ribeye on that one. You have to go ribeye, because you need to mix it with the mac-and-cheese and the creamed corn, to make one of the most sought-after southern tastes that you can get.

Finally, he has the MAIN ATTRACTION of the entire evening in the dessert section; The Warm Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie. OH MY LORD, that is the ONLY way to cap off an evening as beautiful as The Masters’ Dinner. A warm chocolate chip skillet cookie is one of the most underrated desserts in the game today, that more people need to start serving at their own parties. We need to put some RESPECT on it’s name, and steer away from the “pies” and “cakes” of the world.

This Masters’ dinner will be a night to remember, but the question is……how does someone have such a heavy meal, and then expect to play a major tournament later in the week? Sure, it’ll probably be past everyone by the time the tournament tees-off. But for me…..I would probably be as sluggish as ever for the rest of the week. That stuff would sit with me for the rest of the week.

It would be rough……but it would be worth it, to be a part of that dinner. But in the end, as always…..what do I know? I’m just a guy from the Midwest, with a beer and a laptop, trying to make sense of this world.
