Dustin May over 4.5 Strikeouts (-140)

He’s back! Dustin May is back on the mound and coming off what was a stellar outing in his debut for the Dodgers. He gets the luxury of facing the Washington Nationals and Mackenzie Gore.

This is a juicy matchup for May. May struck out six batters in his first outing and is taking on a team that has the highest striking out rate in baseball right now. They also have struck out 96 times, which is not good, but is good for the sake of this pick.

Hammer this one, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Texas Rangers Money Line (+110)

What a great matchup this one is and is going to be. Nathan Eovaldi coming off throwing a Maddux and taking on the relentless Chicago Cubs, where there bats are heating up. The Rangers are the underdogs here, but I am picking them because of Eovaldi and what he’s meant to this rotation.

Eovaldi has a 1.20 ERA and an eye opening 0.47 WHIP. He is excelling in all areas of the game. His walk rate is low, strikeout rate is high, he is getting batters to chase and whiff  and is pitching like an ace. I like Justin Steele, but I will ride with Nasty Nate and the Rangers.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr Home Run (+500)

What nice odds that matchup with the total value of his newly signed extension. Vladimir Guerrero Jr is a highly paid man now and is looking to get his first home run of the season. Why not do it at a park that has been gracious towards him.

Guerrero Jr has a batting average of .358 and has hit ten home runs inside Fenway Park. He is a player that will use and abuse the Green Monster and I will genuinely not be shocked if he hits his first home run tonight against Richard Fitts and the Red Sox.
