What Are The Expectations?

The Raiders turned over a new leaf this offseason and it began on the sideline.

Las Vegas brought in Pete Carroll to be the new head coach and stabilize the franchise moving forward. Upon his arrival, Carroll found his quarterback in Geno Smith. The Raiders made a trade with the Seattle Seahawks to acquire Smith and signed him to an extension soon after. In the draft, the Raiders added more offensive weapons for Smith.

It began by taking the top running back in the draft. Jeanty put together a dynamic collegiate career that pegged him as a can’t-miss prospect at the next level. Las Vegas then added TCU wide receiver Jack Bech.

The expectations for Jeanty include being an every-down back within this offense. He proved that he can carry the load in college. The NFL is a new animal but Jeanty comes with hopes that he can lead the offense and become a threat to compliment Smith and Brock Bowers. Las Vegas has play makers all over the offense after this year’s draft and Jeanty will be at the forefront.
