More Attitude Era Stars Are Coming to WWE NXT
Eric Bischoff and X-Pac will make special appearances on next weekās NXT show.
Ridge Holland opened last night’s episode by bragging about putting Chase University out of business. He said that he would dethrone NXT champion Trick Williams on Dec. 7 at the Deadline event in Minneapolis.
Later in the show, Williams was talking about the match in the ring when Bischoff showed up on the screen said he would moderate a discussion between Williams and Holland next week.
Bischoff was the boss of World Championship Wrestling during its highest and lowest points. He was also the general manager of Monday Night Raw after WCW went out of business.
X-Pac, a longtime friend of NXT executive producer Shawn Michaels, tweeted that he would attend next weekās show as well.
IRON SURVIVORS
Ethan Page moved closer to another NXT title shot by defeating Axiom in an Iron Survivor qualifying match.
Giulia won her qualifying match over Kelani Jordan with a Northern Lights bomb.
OTHER NXT ACTION
āThe Donā Tony DāAngelo retained his North American championship. He pinned Shawn Spears after a spinebuster.
Lola Vice defeated Wren Sinclair with a spinning backfist. Vice then challenged Jaida Parker to an āNXT Undergroundā match.
Fallon Henley retained the womenās North American title in the main event of Tatum Paxley.
Henley and her Fatal Influence friends (Jacey Jayne & Jazmyn Nyx) attacked Paxley after the match until Gigi Dolin made the save. Dolin and Jayne are former tag team partners.
Next weekās show will include a tag team battle royale and the āLast Chanceā menās and womenās Iron Survivor qualifying matches. The wrestlers who lost their qualifying matches will compete in Fatal Four-Way matches.
